My name is Aliya, and I’ve been working in tourism since 2014 — but the story began long before that. For many years, I worked in a library, surrounded by books, maps, and stories from all corners of the world. Every day, I read about distant lands and dreamed of showing them to real people, not just on paper.

That dream slowly became a calling. In 2014, I took my first steps into the travel industry — and I haven’t looked back since. It’s been a journey filled with learning, joy, challenges, and unforgettable moments shared with travelers from around the world.

In 2023, I finally launched my own company — Chapan Travel. The name comes from the traditional robe worn in Central Asia — warm, authentic, rooted in culture. That’s exactly what I want our journeys to feel like: full of warmth, connection, and meaning.

I absolutely love animals — and they somehow always find their way into my stories and travels. I live from one dream to the next, and travel isn’t just my work, it’s my passion and my way of life. Every journey, whether my own or one I design for others, is a chance to connect with the world on a deeper level.

What touches me most in this job are the people I meet. My clients — curious, open-hearted, brave — are often my role models. Their stories, their spirit, and their willingness to explore constantly inspire me to grow, to learn, and to dream bigger.

I believe travel is not about ticking off landmarks — it’s about connection. About pausing, listening, learning. I love long walks through new places, the silence of deserts, the colors of markets, and the feeling of being somewhere completely new.
