Terms & Conditions

Chapan Travel organizes private and group tours across Central Asia, focusing on cultural authenticity and personalized service.

By booking a tour with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Tour reservations require advance payment in order to secure services. The full tour price must be paid no later than 21 days prior to the tour start date. Late payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

We accept payments via bank transfer to our company account in Uzbekistan. For payment instructions or invoicing, please contact our team directly.

Should you require to cancel your tour, the following refund policy will apply, based on the number of days prior to the scheduled tour start date:

100% refund — cancellation made 60 days or more in advance

90% refund — cancellation made between 59 and 30 days before departure

70% refund — cancellation made between 29 and 14 days before departure

50% refund — cancellation made between 13 and 8 days before departure

No refund — cancellation made 7 days or less before departure

The above cancellation charges will apply using the date the cancellation notice is received by Chapan Travel during our business hours, but not when the cancellation notice is sent by you. Unless you receive a confirmation of cancellation from us, the record has not been changed.

All applicable bank charges, as well as any non-refundable expenses (such as prepaid accommodation, permits, or ticket cancellation fees), will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are processed in the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before the start of the tour. This should include coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation or interruption, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss or delay. Please ensure your policy is valid for all countries visited during the trip.

Chapan Travel shall not be held liable for injury, illness, accident, death, or loss/damage of personal property during the tour. While we take all reasonable precautions and work with trusted local suppliers, participation in our tours is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk. Travelers are responsible for acting within the limits of their physical abilities.

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to obtain a valid passport and any necessary entry visas prior to travel. Passport validity should extend at least six months beyond the date of travel.

Chapan Travel is available to provide guidance and support with visa-related questions where possible, but cannot guarantee approval or entry into any country.

Minor changes to the itinerary may occur due to weather conditions, road closures, transport delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Chapan Travel reserves the right to adjust the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation, always aiming to maintain the quality and safety of the experience.

If you, as a client, wish to change the tour date or transfer your booking to another person, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and possible additional costs.

Clients are expected to be in adequate physical and mental health appropriate for the level of the tour they are joining. Please consult your physician before travel if you have any medical conditions.

We kindly ask all participants to have valid international medical insurance that covers potential health issues or emergencies during the trip.

Please also inform us in advance of any health conditions, dietary needs, or mobility limitations so that we can make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any legal matters arising from your booking shall be resolved under local jurisdiction.
